About me
I design learning experiences that are thoughtful, practical, engaging, and built around real workplace needs - always with people at the heart of the process.
As part of my recent Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design, I developed a full design, rollout, and evaluation plan for a Jira for Non-Engineering Professionals course, a project inspired by a real company initiative. Taking the idea from analysis through design and implementation reaffirmed what I value most: how thoughtful, evidence-based design can turn a business goal into a meaningful learning journey that truly closes skill gaps.
With experience spanning corporate L&D and academia, I bring a broad perspective on how people learn in different contexts. I specialize in creating online and blended programs using tools such as Moodle, H5P, Camtasia, Canva, Articulate Rise, and AI-powered solutions. Whether I’m building interactive modules, designing soft skills courses, or mentoring colleagues, my work is structured, detail-oriented, data-informed, and always people-centered.
I’m now focused on growing further as a Learning Experience Designer, combining strategy, creativity, and technology to craft learning that drives measurable impact - and helps people succeed.
Learning is not a phase of life; it is life, unfolding.
My Journey
My career in teaching began in 2009, when I started part-time tutoring during my second year at university - and English quickly became my main focus. It wasn’t until 2012 that I began exploring the science behind teaching, but it has been a continuous journey of professional growth ever since.
Over the years, I worked in both academia and the private sector, teaching General and Professional English to adults and university students. Eventually, I joined a major technical university, which became a true turning point in my career. When the department decided to create an in-house Course Development team, the head of the new unit invited me to join. Looking back, I believe she recognized in me an analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, curiosity to ask the right questions, and a human-centered approach to learning.
That experience opened the door to materials and course design - much of it was trial and error, guided by an incredible mentor who shaped my early understanding of instructional design. From there, I deepened my knowledge through formal programs and certifications, ultimately earning my Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design in 2025.
Since then, I’ve been working as an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer, creating over ten large-scale courses as lead author and collaborating on many more. What started as a passion for teaching has evolved into a lifelong commitment to designing meaningful, effective learning experiences.
My Approach & Design Philosophy
My work is grounded in purposeful, detail-oriented design - learning should change how people think and act, not simply add more information to their day. I believe that every course or module should exist for a reason, solve a real problem, align with existing context, and make someone’s work easier and more meaningful.
I draw on neuroscience, cognitive science, and evidence-based frameworks to design experiences that foster retention and real behavior change. Collaboration is central to my approach: I partner closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to translate their vision into practical, tangible learning solutions that align with business goals and human needs.
My process values structure, clarity, and follow-through. I’m fond of clean organization, thoughtful sequencing, visual harmony, and clear logic - workflows that make learning feel intuitive for both the learner and the team behind it.
If you’re looking for someone who listens with care, designs with intention, builds with precision, and believes that learning is the most powerful form of change, my approach will resonate with you.
